First introduced over 50 years ago, the 811 Series has remained our most popular non-computerized model for decades. The series is used extensively in the OR intraoperatively and for lower limb and arm systolic blood pressure measurements post-op. Parks Medical vascular Doppler probes are used for noninvasive assessment of blood flow in peripheral arteries and veins. Different probe frequencies help you evaluate both superficial and deeper vessels in a variety of vascular exams.
Available with choice of case. Comes with a Pencil probe, Adult Flat probe, or Infant Flat probe in 5'; select style and frequency below.
Flat probes for pressure studies
Parks flat probes are designed for use with blood pressure cuffs in noninvasive vascular testing, including segmental pressures and ankle‑brachial index measurements. Infant and adult versions are available, generally in the 8–9 MHz range for superficial arterial signals in the arms and legs.
Best frequency range: Probes in the 8–9 MHz range are suited for vessels close to the skin, such as many ankle, foot, and upper‑extremity arteries. 4 MHz probes, with a larger tip, are intended for deeper arteries and veins.
Compatibility
Each Parks probe is designed to operate at a specific frequency or pair of frequencies and must be used with a matching Parks Doppler instrument. Probe styles may be interchanged on compatible systems, but frequency matching is required to maintain performance.
